Onboarding
The Onboarding course is for all teachers joining Fortes Education. Course participants will receive content each week to help support their transition, and to complete some of the fundamental health & safety and child protection onboarding elements.

Middle Leadership Programme
The 4 modules in this course cover: leadership and management; how to effectively lead and manage a team; the specific roles of a middle leader in a school environment and how these can be applied using Fortes Readiness.
